100 Mile Start Time: 7:45am - Follow the red route
62 Mile Start Time: 7:45am - Follow the yellow route
30 Mile Start Time: 8:00am - Follow the green route
15 Mile Start Time: 8:00am - Follow the blue route

Important Information: The Tour De Cape is NOT a race and is NOT a closed course. This year there will be no rolling stop with the police motorcade. You must abide by all traffic laws. Police support for all routes will end at 3:00 pm.

If participant is under 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Participants under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The tour rides are NOT races - there are no prizes given to the fastest overall bikers - the timing of your ride is simply a convenience for you - the biker - to know how long your ride took. You may want to compare your 2023 tour time to previous Tour De Cape rides that you have completed.

TREK SPEED ZONE
There is a new "speed zone" challenge which will time your final 1/4 mile, no matter which tour ride you sign up for. This challenge is a fun thing for you, the biker, to try! We will also note that all persons who opt to participate in the speed zone and complete the 1/4 mile in under a minute have a chance to win a Trek gift card. Winners will be notified by the end of January.
